How enquiry information is used
A plain-language description of the information recorded in the current HVAC enquiry, quote, and accepted-job workflow.
Information you provide in an enquiry
The form asks for your HVAC business name, U.S. campaign service areas, requested repairs, replacements, or installations, and a reply email. It also asks how you would prefer to receive a possible homeowner inquiry: email, a phone call, text message, or another arrangement. You may provide an optional phone number and details for another arrangement.
You can select the homeowner information you would like included in a possible inquiry: name, phone number, email address, requested HVAC service, service location, preferred timing, and a description of the issue or project. You may also add other actionable homeowner information.
Preferences are not homeowner leads
Your handoff choice and requested homeowner-information categories are preferences for discussion. They do not mean that homeowner information or leads have been collected or delivered, that inquiry routing is active, or that any campaign result is guaranteed.
Enquiry, quote, and accepted-job records
Authorized Sparkwren staff review the enquiry details saved with your request. If the enquiry proceeds, each quote version and its customer decision, dossier replies, and any accepted campaign-job record remain associated with that enquiry.
An accepted-job record can include its status, information requests and your replies, delivery details, delivery links, and a completion confirmation. Post-delivery review, revisions, or maintenance are represented as included work only when the accepted quote includes them.
Messages and payment status
Customer-facing email updates use the reply email supplied with the enquiry. The dossier records the email service status. A provider accepting a send request does not confirm delivery to an inbox.
Accepting a quote records your decision; payment is handled offline under that quote’s saved terms and instructions. Payment status is separate and reflects what staff have recorded.
Private links and replies
The private enquiry dossier shows saved enquiry details, correspondence, quote history, and accepted-job information. A quote link opens one specific version. Use the dossier reply section to keep a message with the enquiry it concerns; replies to a job information request remain attached to that job.
